WORK EXPERIENCE

Salesforce: Global Business Director, Salesforce Studios, 2015 - Present

  • Create, manage and measure two global digital content content and distribution platforms; Salesforce LIVE and Salesforce+  to drive audience acquisition - 10’s of millions of views and $500m+ pipeline across all Salesforce Clouds. 

  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization including Sales, Engineering, Product, PR, Newsroom and Customer Success to co-create go-to-market and promotional strategies and to elevate Salesforce’s voice across solutions and industries. 

  • Develop innovative thought leadership programs across live events, video, podcast and social media to drive brand awareness and demand generation with key audiences.  

  • Serve as the “Voice of Salesforce” hosting the flagship Salesforce Podcast and Video series, Blazing Trails,  providing a platform for Salesforce executives to reach a global audience of over 3M downloads and views, ranking #2 in the Business Category on Apple Podcasts.  

  • Lead and partner with a team of marketers and creatives to create award-winning, high-performing programs that exceed benchmarks and creative expectations. 

Google: Sr. Program Manager, YouTube, UX, 2013 - 2015

  • Following acquisition of 17FEET, led UX recruiting for YouTube and managed UX for YouTube kids app.

  • Drove community outreach across professional and academic channels:  Spoke at campus recruiting events nationwide and developed UX event series to build relationships with design leaders, influencers, and upcoming talent. Grew UX headcount at YouTube by 15% in a little over a year. 

17FEET:   Co-Founder, CEO, 2006 - 2013

  • Led strategy and business development for award-winning UX design and communications agency that co-created complex digital innovation projects with our clients.  Set vision and operating principles focused on innovation, excellence, and putting customers, employees, partners, and community at the center.  

  • Consistently grew revenue 2x year-over-year from 0 to millions.

  • Led talent acquisition and hiring to build a high-performing team of 20 FTE’s. 

  • Developed strategic partnerships with development firms and partner design agencies to generate new client relationships as well as shared projects and resources. 

EARLY CAREER

  • After a stint as News Director at NPR-affiliated college radio station, went to Hollywood to work on big movies, ad campaigns, and corporate films. Transitioned those story-telling skills from celluloid to pixels creating digital experiences for the best brands in the world.  

  • Odopod: Led project management of interactive web projects for Red Bull, Nike, HP and more.

  • Digitas (Modem Media): Led multiple large scale web projects for pharma clients.

  • J. Walter Thompson (Tonic 360): Led advertising projects for Sun, Hotmail, Palm and more. 

  • Independent Film Production: Production Assistant (Titanic, George of the Jungle, Inventing the Abbotts, produced and directed many corporate films and ads.
